I had a transmission problem in my 2002 Nissan Xterra, after taking it to multiple places, they told me my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I saw Joshua's Auto Center in the penny saver and decided to call them.

I went in very upset about my car, I was almost going to get rid of it and try and get anything for it. Their mechanics were great. They took it for a test drive first, and then hooked it up to a scanner. After 20 minutes they told me it was the Transmission solenoid Valve. They recommended me to get it from the dealer, since it is a hard part to find. They said they would call and get the best price, before they let me know how much it would cost; they made a lot of calls. They finally gave me a quote $450 plus tax parts and labor.

I was shocked, here I was about to get rid of it or replace the transmission and it would have cost me 10 times the money. I gave them the go ahead; they fixed the problem. Six months later and my car is running great.

My daughter Nicole was referred to Isaac by her boyfriend’s mother. Isaac was very helpful, took care of her car, and was a very nice guy.

Honest guy: Been seeing Isaac for years now. I would not trust anyone but him at this point.
